Children born January 1 to December 31, 2006 are eligible to admission to school year 2009/2010
	Upon completion of the application form, please return the form with $60 cheque as application fee and registration fee payable to Kowloon Baptist Church Kindergarten and send in 2 self-stamped envelopes ($1.40 stamp) at Kowloon Baptist Church Kindergarten, 2/F, 300 Junction Road, Kowloon Tong, Kowloon.
	We will invite all 2006-born children eligible for school year 2009/10 to tour the kindergarten and attend an interview in January 2009.
General Application			Change of Contact
	Applications can be filed early from the birth of your child.		If your address or telephone number changes after you have filed in an application form, you must notify our office in order for us to contact you when your child is eligible to enter the kindergarten.
	The earlier the application is filed, the higher the priority your child will be allocated to a morning class.

	KBCK will write to all eligible applicants on file and request a copy of their Birth Certificate and one passport size photograph for our school records.
	On receiving the documents, we will invite parents and the child to the kindergarten for an informal meeting with our Principal or Head of School. You will be notified of the date and time of the meeting.
